The entire SPC team is oriented towards achieving these goals openly and transparently.

SPCL Management is responsible and accountable for achieving excellence in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance and ensures that QHSE fundamentals and practices are embedded in all of its business processes.

SPCL achieves its Quality and HSE objectives by:

  • Sheer commitment to comply with the Industry requirements and continual evaluation and improvement of the QHSE management system.
  • Complying with SPCL standards/ policies in addition to client/ statutory bodies’ and legal requirements.
  • Setting transparent QHSE objectives and judiciously monitoring performance.
  • Making everyone understand that QHSE performance is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Timely coordination and sharing of information with clients, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining an Integrated management system satisfying requirements that include: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
  • Encouraging opportunities for continual improvement in the effectiveness of Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental systems in all facets of operations.
  • Timely review/ audit to ensure the overall effectiveness of the system.
